IIT aspirants told to make changes in application forms
HYDERABAD: Students of Telangana who have applied for IIT-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) are required to change in their online application forms the name of the boards that conduct their qualifying exam. The students were told to replace Board of Intermediate Examinations (BIE) with Telangana State Board of Intermediate Examination (TSBIE).

In a press release issued by the board on Thursday, authorities asked students to make the change in the relevant column.
Students who already applied for JEE were asked to make this correction as intermediate examination for students of Telangana will be conducted by the TSBIE. The last date for online correction is January 31.
TSBIE authorities said that students should open their online application using the password they were given during filling the application form and edit the option under the field 'school/board'.
